Founded in 2018, Penduka vzw has maintained a strong connection with Penduka Namibia since 1996. As a voluntary organisation we support Penduka’s mission and work on specific projects, often in close collaboration with Stichting Penduka in the Netherlands. Our mission is to inspire, maintain and build relationships, set up sustainable interactions and knowledge exchange. 

Penduka Belgium actively engages in diverse partnerships and initiatives, collaborating with artists, educational institutions, and businesses. These collaborations align with Penduka's mission and contribute to the development of Penduka Namibia. Together, we have the power to drive meaningful change.

Through exchange visits, we foster intercultural exchange and learning. Visits from Namibian women to Europe and vice versa, provide an environment of understanding and empowerment. We work with educational institutions to promote the richness of diversity in the world today and tomorrow. 

In the field of communication, we advise and support Penduka Namibia to strengthen their presence, thereby amplifying Penduka’s reach and visibility on various platforms. It also helps to foster meaningful connections with a wider audience.
